Shoppers at a local mall said that there was some scary moments as several men were fighting at one of the stores..
CSPD officers responded to a call for help from loss prevention agents who said they were trying to detain a man who was fighting with them.
Police arrested Lee Allen Langston after allegedly beating up two store security officers at Target on Texas Avenue, when they tried to detain Langston for allegedly stealing merchandise.
The two employees tried to detain Langston before police arrived, but he allegedly fought back.
During the struggle which got violent and involved several store employees and the shoplifter, two of the security agents suffered a number of injuries.
One of the employees received a large wound on his head when he was slammed into a concrete wall.
Langston has been charged with robbery.
The loss prevention agents received medical attention and were released.
