Hospital security reports a threatening and intimidating. A patient at the Sierra Vista Regional Health Center received his bill, became upset and threatened to punch employees. The investigation led to a man, 42, who was cited and released for threatening and intimidating

Security officers at Marquee, the club at 289 10th Ave., called police when they discovered a potential patron was carrying an unspecified controlled substance. Erin Perry, 22, was charged with the drug violation.
Twenty-2-year-old Timothy Fleagle was struck once. The wound was not considered life-threatening.
Police took the call at 2:35 a.m. Sunday.
Fleagle told officers he had just left the Anchor Bar on Fourth Avenue.
He told officers he had seen the shooter in the bar but did not know him.
Bar security personnel provided first aid until paramedics arrived.
Elgin IL
A Des Plaines woman was arrested and charged Friday afternoon after police said she was unruly and refused to leave the Grand Victoria Casino. Beata Mamok, 51, of the 8900 block of Knight Street, is charged with one count of criminal trespass to property in connection with the incident, according to a report. Police said casino security officers asked her to leave while she was arguing loudly with someone on her cell phone. Mamok refused to leave and threw her phone at the security officers, police said. She was released from Elgin Police custody on $100 bond.
