Second driver charged in drag racing deaths in Charlotte www.privateofficer.com
CHARLOTTE, N.C. April 30 2009 — A judge set bond Wednesday for the second driver charged in a deadly street racing crash.
Carlene Atkinson, 44, turned herself in to police Tuesday.
Police said she was racing 20-year-old Tyler Stasko earlier this month when Stasko crashed into another car, killing a woman, her 2-year-old daughter and a boy in his car.
Atkinson is facing three counts of second-degree murder.
