ALBANY NY Sept 8 2009– A 57-year old man, who was delivering chinese food around 4:00 AM Saturday, was sucker-punched and robbed outside 602 Morris Street.

Police say the victim was on his bicycle, delivering for Shun’s Chinese Kitchen. He told police that when he got there, the suspect approached him outside and demanded his money. The victim refused and the suspect punched him several times in the face. A St. Rose security guard saw the incident and came to the aid of the victim. The suspect fled the scene.

Police believe the suspect may have followed him on his own bicycle when he went to make the delivery.
