PRIVATE OFFICER NEWS
www.privateofficer.com Security officers at a local casino charged Timothy Day, 50, 1626 Genesee St., Buffalo, with disorderly conduct at 7:19 p.m. Saturday after causing a disturbance at Seneca Niagara Casino.
Police responded to the casino and spoke to security officers, who reported Day was highly intoxicated and became hostile when he was asked if he was driving home.
Day is accused of refusing to follow police orders, which caused a scene outside of the casino.
After being transported to the police station and placed in a cell, police said he became disorderly and repeatedly kicked the door and pounded on the glass while screaming profanities.
Day was eventually handcuffed and shackled after two officers entered his cell and detained him.
