Quincy, IL April 12 2010— A student teacher has been arrested on multiple charges after a complaint by a teenage boy.
Thirty-six-year-old Darrold Wayne Frisbie Jr. is accused of delivery of a controlled substance, aggravated criminal sexual abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was arrested early Monday after a complaint from a 16-year-old boy. Frisbie allegedly delivered prescription pain medication to juveniles.
Frisbie had been a student teacher at Quincy High School and at Adams Elementary, according to reports.
