Monterey CA June 23 2010 Cesar Enciso, 41, of Salinas has been convicted of forcible oral copulation and sexual battery with restraint.
Enciso, the owner of First Response Security, hired a security guard in February 2008, the Monterey County District Attorney’s Office reported.
When she complained about working conditions, they said, he took her to dinner to ostensibly discuss giving her more hours, then drove her to his home instead of a work site. The office reported that he then lured her inside by saying he had enemies and it was unsafe to stay in his car, and sexually assaulted her.
Enciso faces up to nine years in prison at his July 23 sentencing.
