August 12, 2010 Vanden High School teacher arrested for sexual battery of teen www.privateofficer.com
FAIRFIELD CA Aug 12 2010 – A married Fairfield high school teacher was arrested Tuesday in Solano County and charged with sexual battery and assault on a minor under the age of 14.
Carl Michael Testerman taught English at Vanden High School until yesterday’s arrest. Testerman was charged with misdemeanor sexual battery, touching an intimate part of a person who is unlawfully restrained and lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14.
It is not known at this time how many children were involved, and there is no sign that any of the children attended Vanden High. Stay tuned to FOX40 and check in with FOX40.com for the latest information as it develops.
