Mother uses daughters in shoplifting spree www.privateofficer.com

Cincinnati OH Sept 18 2010 A mother-daughter shopping trip in Springdale ends with the mother behind bars. Police say 38 year old Elizabeth Keller used her two daughters to help her steal hundreds of dollars worth of clothing from Dillard’s in the Tri-County Mall.

Officers says Keller and her kids gathered jeans, jackets, and t-shirts from the junior’s department on September 11th, then took all of the items into a dressing room but left those rooms empty handed. That’s what alerted security guards who were watching on surveillance cameras.

The trio was stopped as they left the store. Security officers say they recovered nearly $600 worth of merchandise.

Keller is due before a judge this morning.
