GREAT FALLS, Mont.Nov 14 2010 (AP) — A 33-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly robbing a Havre casino at knifepoint last month while wearing a Halloween mask.

Merrill Gray was charged in District Court on Wednesday with felony robbery and misdemeanor theft. The Great Falls Tribune reports he is being held in the Hill County jail on $25,000 bail.

Gray is accused of taking money belts from two Magic Diamond Casino attendants in the early morning hours of Oct. 19.

Court records say an employee told police he recognized the voice of the robber as Gray, whose sister worked at the casino. Additionally, the records say security footage recorded Gray leaving the building around the time of the robbery wearing clothes similar to the description of what the suspect wore.

Authorities also say a knife found dumped near the casino matched a set belonging to the man.
