Denver police seek suspects in mall security assault www.privateofficer.com
DENVER CO Jan 4 2010 – Denver Police are asking for help in catching two suspected shoplifters who assaulted a security worker at the Cherry Creek Mall.
The incident happened on Jan. 1 when police say the suspects stole several items from Macys.
“The store security contacted the suspects and was assaulted by one of them before they fled the store in an unknown direction,” Denver Police said. The security worker did not sustain serious injury.
Surveillance cameras captured images of both suspects.
The first is described as a white male, 5’8” in height, approximately 150 lbs. with light brown, curly hair. He has a tattoo of lips on the left side of his neck. The second suspect is a black male, also 5’8” and 150 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867). A $2,000 reward is offered for information leading to arrests and/or conviction
