April 21, 2011 Armored car guard leaves gun in store’s restroom www.privateofficer.com
Greencastle IN April 21 2011 An armed security guard lost his gun when he stopped to use the restroom April 14 at the Sheetz convenience store at 215 W. Baltimore St. in Greencastle, the Greencastle Police Department said.
The man, an armed courier for Dunbar Armored Security, told police that he took off the gun to use the restroom and returned to work without it, according to a police department press release. The gun, a Springfield semi-automatic pistol, was gone when he returned to get it.
