BOONE COUNTY, W.Va. May 21 2011 — A principal and teacher in Boone County are facing charges, after allegedly buying and smoking meth on school property.

West Virginia State Police arrested Keith Phipps and Jack Turley about 10 a.m. Friday.

Phipps was the principal at Boone County Career and Technical Center, Turley was a teacher.

Troopers say the men bought meth and then smoked it in Phipps’ office.

Phipps and Turley have been charged with the illegal purchase of pseudoephedrine.
