DARIEN NY June 27 2011 — Seventeen people were charged during Saturday’s Tim McGraw concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.

Jordan M. Kuhn, 24, of Salzburg Village, Palmyra, was jailed after he allegedly struck a Darien Lake security officer in the face and then fought with security.

Kuhn was also found to be in possession a sign stolen from Darien Lake, deputies said. He was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, second-degree harassment, and disorderly conduct, and committed to Genesee County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.

Those charged also included:

— Crystal M. Norris, 26, of Salzburg Village, Palmyra was charged with second-degree harassment for allegedly pushing a security guard while Kuhn was being arrested.

— Mark P. Scully, 27, of Norhill Drive, Rochester, was allegedly found in possession of an expandable billy club and a controlled substance. He was charged with forth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Stephen J. Csapo, 20, of Commerce Drive, Avon was charged with trespassing. He allegedly entered the venue after being ejected and told not to return.

— Thomas J. Metacale, 21, of Main Street, Hornell, was charged with trespassing after he allegedly refused to leave the venue when told.

— Joseph M. Cicero, 21, of Carter Road, Fairport was charged with trespassing. He allegedly jumped a fence to re-enter the venue after being ejected.

— Maureen K. Freeman, 20, of North Avenue, Avon was charged with trespassing. She allegedly re-entered the venue after being ejected and told not to return.

— Joshua D. Caples, 20, of Phoenix, Oswego County, was charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly urinating on people in venue’s lawn area.

— Robert P. Coots, 34, of West Transit Church Road, Albion, was charged with DWI, and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more after allegedly leaving the venue in an intoxicated condition.

— Charged with underage possession of alcohol with intent to consume were Katrina L. Schmieder, 19, of Route 98, Attica; William Ruiz III of Maryland Street, Buffalo; Mitchell P. Hamilton, 19, of Route 36, Jasper N.Y.; Tyler S. Odell, 20, of Route 36, Canisteo; Kristin K. Pierce, 20, of East Avenue, Arkport; Cody J. McCormick, 20, of 4th Street, Canisteo; a 17-year-old female from Webster; a 16-year-old female from Webster. All are to appear July 5 in Town Court.
