Boston man caught filming men in train station restroom www.privateofficer.com
Boston Ma Sept 21 2011 A Fall River man has been charged with secretly filming men as they relieved themselves in a South Station restroom, after Transit Police confronted the man and found suspicious video on his iPod on Saturday evening.
Two men, one an alleged Peeping Tom victim, told security they believed a man was photographing people at the station’s bus terminal urinals at about 1 p.m., according to a police report.
Kevin P. Wilkinson, 44, of Fall River was confronted by cops as he exited the lavatory and “appeared nervous and continued to deny vehemently” any knowledge of the activity, according to MBTA officials.
Wilkinson was then asked whether he had any devices capable of photographing, at which point he produced an iPod Nano and a Sony cell phone, police said.
Police said Wilkinson gave officers permission to view the devices, and they found a video on the iPod of a man urinating in the bathroom at South Station.
Additionally, there were other videos that the officers did not immediately view and the devices were confiscated.
Wilkinson was arrested and transported to Transit Police headquarters. He was charged with secret video photographing of partial nudity
