Xavier Davis is an innocent man…he wasnt around when that security officer was killed. Someone framed Xavier for that murder due to personal reasons. The suspects in this case payed the young lady to point Xavier out in that photo line up. The day of his hearing the witness failed on the stand stating that she didnt see anyone pull the trigger. She stated that she only heard the shots being fired. The witness also stated that she was pressured to pointing out the shotter by the detectives. Which she told them she could’nt make a positive ID but pointed Xavier out any ways just so they could just go away. Not only that, the night of the shotting a witness stated that she saw two black dark skined male run across the street one wit dreadlocks and the other with a mohawk. Which Xavier have neither .The case falls on the MPD. Everyone makes misstakes.
