Busch Gardens – During the Howl-O-Scream event overnight, Rossand Del Carmen Bria and her young sister waited in line at one of the haunted venues within the park.
During the event, security was called over due to the two girls cutting in line. Security asked the girls to leave, but they refused.
While attempting to bring them into custody, the juvenile sister pulled away and the older sister then grabbed the officer by the arm in an attempt to free her younger sister. Rossand Del Carmen Bria then struck the officer in the mouth causing a small scratch on his upper lip.
She was later taken into custody and charged with Battery against a law enforcement officer.
