Boscov’s store security agent bitten during a recent strong-arm robbery www.privateofficer.com
York PA Dec 12 2011 A security guard at Boscov’s in the York Galleria mall was bitten during a recent strong-arm robbery.
Two juvenile females, ages 13 and 14, removed 15 pieces of jewelry and clothing items from store displays and were attempting to leave the Springettsbury Township mall department store when they were confronted by a security guard about 1:50 p.m. Nov. 28, township police said.
One of the females bit the guard, causing significant injury, police said. The teen who bit the guard is charged with robbery,- and the other teen is charged with retail theft, police said.
Police did not release the teens’ names or say where they are from.
