Intoxicated NYPD sergeant fights with Philidelphia transit security and police www.privateofficer.com

PHILADELPHIA, PA Dec 31 2011 An apparently drunk NYPD officer with a long history of citizen complaints was captured on YouTube getting forcibly escorted off a Greyhound bus in Philadelphia by police, officials said Thursday.

Sergeant Carlos Fabara was off duty at the time of the incident, and can be seen in the video refusing a security guard’s instruction to step off the bus.

“Let’s go! Let’s go now!” a security guard yells at Fabara, as the seemingly amused officer refuses to budge.

Fabara, who earns nearly $100,000 annually, has 13 civilian complaints against him, which, according to reports, is the most against an NYPD cop.

As Fabara refused to move, passengers were forced to sit and wait for almost 30 minutes before a Philadelphia officer boarded the bus, cuffed the boozy NYPD officer and escorted him off the bus.

The incident is reportedly under investigation by the NYPD Internal Affairs Bureau.
