Marshall’s store shoplifter arrested www.privateofficer.com
WATERTOWN MA Dec 31 2011 — Police arrested Kesner Lubin Jr., 19, 125 Alewife Brook Parkway in Somerville, at Marshalls in the Arsenal Mall on Dec. 20 at 9:57 p.m., and charged him with shoplifting.
Police responded to a report from security guards at the Arsenal Mall of three male shoplifters being pursued on foot by security officers.
A security officer told police he saw one of the three males grab a handful of white t-shirts and leave the store without paying for the shirts. When the man was confronted, he reportedly dropped the t-shirts and ran into the parking lot. The t-shirts were valued at $99.95.
