James City VA Jan 28 2012 – Special Agents with the Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Richmond and Chesapeake Field Offices, arrested Vincent D. Rera early this morning, Jan. 26, 2012, without incident in the 6400 block of Richmond Road in Williamsburg.

Rera was held without bond pending his arraignment in the New Kent County General District Court on Feb. 1, 2012.
