Manhattan NY Jan 28 2012 A bouncer was found guilty Thursday of a 2009 stabbing death outside a bar in Washington Heights, Manhattan.

A jury found 23-year-old Jonathan Gonzales-Alvarez guilty of second-degree murder and gang assault.

The court found he got into a fight with Arsene Epouta after being asked to leave La Casa Del Mofongo in Washington Heights in October 2009.

The conflict then spilled onto the street.

Also facing separate manslaughter charges in the case is 30-year-old Luis Almanzar.

Gonzales-Alvarez will be sentenced next month.
