Ventura transient arrested in disturbance at public health building www.privateofficer.com

 
Ventura CA May 5 2012 A 48-year-old transient was arrested in Ventura on Wednesday after police received a call of a man making threats outside the Ventura County Public Health building along the 3000 block of Loma Vista Road around noon.

Police said Henri Brother allegedly burst into a meeting inside the building and started yelling and making threats that he had a weapon.

Brother then allegedly attacked four employees, hitting them with his fists.

A security guard and several people intervened and held Brother on the ground until police arrived and took him into custody, authorities said.

He was arrested on suspicion of assault and taken to Ventura County jail.
