2012 PRIVATE OFFICER MEMORIAL RIDE Donations Needed!
Private Officer International sponsors a Private Security Officer Memorial each year during the third week of September to recognize the private security officers killed in the line of duty, similar to the National Law Enforcement Week.
It’s the only one of its kind in the nation!
This year, POI is holding a cross country Memorial Ride, a highly publicized event which will cross the country between September 8-22 2012 as we hold numerous press conferences and conduct some security training events, calling attention to the increased violence, assaults, injuries and deaths of private security personnel.
Some of the cities that we will be holding Memorial Ceremonies, Training Events or Press Conferences include; Nashville TN., Memphis TN, Oklahoma City OK., Denver CO., Dallas and Houston TX., Phoenix AZ., Los Angeles CA., Richmond VA., Virginia Beach VA., Baltimore MD.,Pittsburgh PA., New York City NY., Hartford CT., Columbus OH., Indianapolis IN., Jacksonville and Miami Fla and others are currently being scheduled.
We are currently seeking donations and sponsorships to help fund our Memorial Ride.
Individual and corporate sponsorships are available and those offering sponsorships will also have their company info displayed on our vehicles, websites and press material.
All donations and sponsorships must be finalized no later than August 10 2012.
