Monroe Township woman indicted for shoplifting over $10,000 worth of merchandise www.privateofficer.com

Westfield NJ Feb 5 2013 Darla Mccully, 27 of Monroe Township was indicted by a county grand jury this week for allegedly shoplifting from Kohl’s in Marlboro Township.
According to the county indictment, Mccully allegedly shoplifted a total of over $10,000 worth of merchandise on several occasions.
The record also alleges Mccully “used a juvenile” to commit the crime. The juvenile is not named, but is 14-years-old. Mccully is also charged with several counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.
Mccully is charged with four counts of shoplifting on four separate occasions in August, 2012.
An indictment is not a finding of guilt or a conviction, and all defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty.
