Boone County teacher, woman charged with having drugs at school www.privateofficer.com

 

 

BOONE COUNTY, W.Va. Nov 30 2011 — A woman accused of delivering drugs to an elementary teacher at school has been arrested.

The Boone County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested Christy Lynn Sampson Monday.

Sampson is 39 and from Wharton. She has been charged with delivery of a controlled substance.

They say Sampson delivered hydrocodone to Boone County Elementary School teacher Kimberly Gibson.

Earlier Monday, deputies say Gibson was arrested after being caught with the drugs at the school.

Boone County School officials have not commented as of Monday night.

Sampson and Gibson are being held in the Southwestern Regional Jail.
