NTL. ASSOC. PRIVATE OFFICERS
http://www.privateofficer.com/- Bridgeport police say that they have captured the person responsible for shooting a security officer at an area nightclub in September.
The city teenager is now charged with shooting the security bouncer who refused to let him enter a local club.
According to detectives, they have been looking for eighteen-year-old Kevin Wilson who they believe is responsible for pulling a handgun and shooting the bouncer when he was refused entry into the ACES Club because he was carrying alcohol.
Wilson is charged with attempted murder, first-degree assault and carrying a pistol without a permit. He was arrested Wednesday on a warrant stemming from a Sept. 27 incident.
Police say Wilson fought with a 25-year-old bouncer at the ACES Club and when he was being restrained from entering pulled a handgun and shot the security man in the arm, leg, and chest, but he survived his wounds.
A Bridgeport judge ordered Wilson held on $250,000 and continued the case to Dec. 9. Information was not immediately available Thursday on whether he had an attorney.
