Flowing Wells teacher arrested on sex crime charges www.privateofficer.com

 

TUCSON AZ May 6 2012 - A female Flowing Wells teacher has been arrested for Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor after detectives made contact with a possible 16-year-old male victim.

On May 2, 2012, the Crimes Against Children Unit became aware that Christina Marie Carbone, 23, was possible engaging in sexual intercourse with a minor, according to a Pima County Sheriff’s Department news release. The victim was interviewed, and evidence was collected and processed.

The investigation revealed that Carbone allegedly met the teenager in March 2012 at a social function. The victim is a student of TUSD and not a student of Carbone at the time of the sexual activity, sheriff’s officials state.

Carbone was arrested and charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor.
