Terry Dean Glazier, 50, of Choctaw is charged in Oklahoma County District Court with providing low-point beer to a person younger than age 21. Court documents state that while working at Country Boy Market on July 9, Glazier bought two six-packs of Smirnoff drinks for a group of teens
A customer told an Oklahoma County sheriff’s deputy he saw a uniformed security guard buy the drinks and then pass them off to a group of teens. The information was given to Harrah police, who later viewed Glazier purchase the alcoholic drinks on the store’s video surveillance tapes, according to court documents.
A police officer said she questioned a teen who claimed she gave Glazier $15 to make the purchase.
If convicted on the misdemeanor charge, Glazier could face up to one year in the county jail and a $500 fine.
