WINTER HAVEN Fla Sept 9 2011 A Winter Haven woman has been arrested after throwing a tantrum and injuring an officer by kicking out a patrol car window.
Winter Haven Police arrested 22-year-old Isabell Miles after they said she kicked out the window of a patrol car, sending glass into the face of a male officer after the officer detained her for allegedly shoplifting.
A manager of the Walgreens at 805 Havendale Blvd. called police after she said she saw Miles carrying merchandise into a bathroom and leaving the bathroom empty-handed.

Officers sprayed Miles with pepper spray, but she continued to trash around inside the vehicle. Officers then shot her with a taser, at which point Miles stopped her tantrum.
The injured officer was taken to Winter Haven Hospital where he was treated and released.
