Law firm partner accused of putting camera under female employee’s desk

source:wsbtv.com — A partner in a metro Atlanta law firm is facing criminal charges on suspicion of unlawful surveillance.

Cobb County police said a female employee of Merritt and Tenney Law Firm told them that she found a video camera hidden under her desk.

The law firm is located in the 200 block of Galleria Parkway.

Cobb police said James Frederick Tenney, 57, of Marietta, surrendered at the Cobb County Jail Friday afternoon.

Tenney is charged with three counts of unlawful surveillance and will be held on a $10,000 bond.
