www.privateofficer.com Police said what began as a fight among several woman quickly escalated into the murder of a school security officer.
Police say a woman in Paterson ran down a crowd of other women with her car during a wild brawl. Five women were seriously injured and another, 26-year-old Natalie Meestre, was killed.

Police say a woman in Paterson ran down a crowd of other women with her car during a wild brawl. Five women were seriously injured and another, 26-year-old Natalie Meestre, was killed.
Neighbors do not believe that Meestre, a school security guard and mother of two, was involved in the fight. Police believe that she was a bystander and she may have been trying to break it up.”It’s horrible because Natalie is a family member and she’s got two children,” one neighbor said. “Her oldest son was told, and he just said, ‘God came and took my mommy,’” neighbor Alice Green said.
A makeshift memorial marks the spot where police say a woman was jumped and beaten by a group of other women, before running them down with her SUV.
“I heard boom, boom, and I came out and saw all of the bodies in the street,” Paterson resident Michelle Tobia said.
Witnesses say the SUV was sitting in the road when the group of women started fighting.

Then the woman being attacked jumped into the driver’s seat, plowed through the crowd, and drove away.
“When I came outside, my daughter was laying in the middle of the street,” Shirley Morris, the victim’s mother, said. “They were telling me that she got hit, and then I saw Natalie laying right there.”
Police have made an arrest in the hit and run death and have charged 24-year-old Keema Green after locating her at her home in Teaneck.
Green is charged with causing the death while driving with a suspended license but that charge may be elevated to a more serious offense as police continue to piece together the details of the incident.
Assault charges may also be filed against the other woman involved who assaulted Green. Green’s is being held in custody and her arraignment was set for today.
