State College PA July 8 2012 — A Bellefonte man is once again charged with stripping naked, streaking and then fleeing from police.
State College police filed the latest round of charges Friday against Kelvin Flory, 50, after he was allegedly found running naked around 3:50 a.m. Thursday on East College Avenue.
Flory has previously been arrested 12 times on similar charges in Centre County, including once in May.
In the latest charges, police said they received a report of a suspicious man ducking in and out behind vehicles parked at Budget Truck Rental on East College Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found the naked man and immediately recognized him as Flory, according to a criminal complaint.
Flory ran from police, climbed a small hill and entered a trailer park, escaping from police, the court papers said. Court documents did not indicate whether Flory had been arrested Friday, and police did not provide an update.
Flory was charged with a misdemeanor count of open lewdness in a criminal complaint filed before District Judge Leslie Dutchcot.
He had been free on unsecured bail stemming from the May incident, according to court documents. Flory was charged with indecent exposure after he was found running naked between homes along South Atherton Street around 2:20 a.m.
