Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department Youth Crime/Domestic Violence detectives signed warrants on Ryan Patrick Marshall (DOB 3/5/1972) for taking indecent liberties with a child and disseminating harmful material to minors.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department Youth Crime/Domestic Violence detectives signed warrants on Ryan Patrick Marshall (DOB 3/5/1972) for taking indecent liberties with a child and disseminating harmful material to minors.
Mr. Marshall is employed by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools as a 7th grade English teacher at Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School in northeast Charlotte. The victim in this incident attends the shcool.
At approximately 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, Mr. Marshall was arrested without incident at 2329 Century Oaks Lane by University City Division officers.

Mr. Marshall was transported to police headquarters to be interviewed by detectives. Once interviewed by detectives he will be transported to the Mecklenburg County Jail.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department and Charlotte-Mecklenburg School Law Enforcement worked in a collaborative effort throughout this entire investigation.
