Arizona Bar and Grill cited for violations of sanitary code and unlicensed security www.privateofficer.com

 

 

Commack, NY March 3 2012   – A Commack bar owner has been issued violations for operations at the Arizona Bar and Grill.

Suffolk police say they worked in conjunction with the New York State Liquor Authority to inspect Arizona Bar and Grill, located at 6106 East Route 25 in Commack, on Thursday just before midnight.

The bar’s owner, Scott Bejes, 28, of Kings Park, was issued three citations; two for violations of New York State Alcohol Beverage Control Laws and one for a Suffolk County Sanitary Code violation.

Two bar security guards, Jose Mejia, 22, of Oceanside, and Jamarr Williams, 24, of Brentwood, were charged Unlicensed Security Guard.

Four customers were also arrested during the inspection:

· Torrey Smith, 34, of East Northport, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

· Carla Donovan, 26, of East Northport, was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.

· Princena Degraffe, 27, of Central Islip, was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5th Degree.

· Benito Delgado, 30, of Huntington Station, was charged with Disorderly Conducted.

Those arrested will appear at First District Court in Central Islip at a later date, police say.
