Scranton, PA March 2 2012 A Scranton man is facing a slew of charges after allegedly assaulting a security officer at the Mall at Steamtown Thursday morning.
Eyewitness News was there as Raymond Mazzarella was taken into custody just after 9:00 AM.
Officers say he punched a mall security guard in the face after the guard asked Mazzarella to leave because the mall wasn’t open.
The 46-year-old is no stranger to the law.
He was arrested last year for making threats to cops and public officials on the internet.
