Oklahoma City club security officer shot by gang members www.privateofficer.com
Oklahoma City OK April 18 2012 Two gang members are accused of shooting an off-duty police officer in the arm after he removed them from a southwest Oklahoma City club early Sunday, police said.
The shooting occurred about 2:30 a.m. outside of Club Diversity, 5810 S Western Ave., according to a police incident report released Tuesday.
Police arrested Prince Ordu, 23, and Dmicco Colbert, 23, following the incident.
Phil Gay, 34, a Langston police officer working as a security guard, was shot in the upper left arm after he and other security guards escorted Ordu and Colbert out of the club, according to documents filed Monday in Oklahoma County District Court.
The two were being uncooperative as security led them to a parking lot, court documents state. Ordu and Colbert, identified as gang members, starting firing as the guards turned to walk back to the club, documents state.
Ordu and Colbert were booked Monday into the Oklahoma County jail on four complaints each of shooting with intent to kill, a jail official said.

MOBILE, Alabama Jan 13 2011 – A 26-year-old woman was shot and killed Monday night. Investigators say she was mistaken for a burglar.
The shooting happened around 11:30 at a home on Jeff Hamilton Road in Mobile County.
Deputies say Joy Logan, a student at Faulkner State Community College, was shot by her 18-year-old cousin when she was entering the home.
Investigators say the teenager thought Logan was breaking in the house.
The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office has ruled the shooting accidental and no charges will be filed.
The case will be heard by a Grand Jury.
